I obtained my Master’s in Counseling with High Honors from Regis University in Denver, Colorado. I also have a B.A. in biology, astronomy, and English from University of Colorado, Boulder, and an Associates Degree in Graphic Design with high honors from Colorado Institute of Art in Denver.
A passion of mine is continual learning and professional development. Some of my trainings/certifications:

(It is important to note that for clients interested in or engaged in psychedelic assisted therapy (PAT) that, while I am certified as a PAT facilitator, I do not practice in this capacity, but rather my role is to support clients prepare for their PAT and integrate their experience with PAT after their PAT sessions.)

When I’m not participating in trainings and exploring body-mind-spirit content via webinars, summits, conferences, and social media feeds, I enjoy spending time creating art, visiting the local planetarium, traveling and exploring (especially the wildlife refuges and The Great Sand Dunes- right in my backyard), working out, reading, studying astrology and tarot, spending time with my animal friends, human friends, family, and being in nature soaking up the beauty and diversity of life the natural world offers.
